Extremely rude customer service in residential lease department. First of all they are replaying once it two days. Very unresponsive, even though the house on the market for months. Need clarifications on the lease they refuse to answer my questions and at the end this women hung up on me. If I were the landlord I would not want to deal with this management company. They have no intentions of taking care of your property and rent it out.

I have a terrible experience here. The female receptionist is so rude. I just want to ask for some information regarding real estate investment. However, she has 0 patience and hung up my phone directly. I have to ask myself is this a place that offers service to customers or just a place that screws up everything? So Ridiculous!
