Hadley Midtown Apartments

I recently moved into my new apartment here and had a fantastic experience, thanks to the management team. Since I was moving from out of town and couldn’t visit in person, the process could have been very stressful, but they made it seamless. A special shoutout to the staff especially Ryan for being incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He provided consistent updates on everything and even went the extra mile by sending a detailed video tour of the units before I finalized my decision. That level of transparency and prompt communication made all the difference. The location in Midtown is unbeatable. Great amenities and easy access to the metro system and if you’re looking for a professional and helpful leasing team, I highly recommend this place.

I believe not all residents are happy with the transition to the new administration. We got robbed, our car stereo display at the parking garage and ever since we asked the office to check the cameras they have not acknowledge anything, even though they told us to send an email. No email has been responded to and it has been almost a month. At least to tell us that they have not found any footage which I think is most likely the case, but a courtesy reply is appreciated. The security in the area has declined and it has entered the community, it is not safe anymore to live here. Apparently there is a security guard but where is the security guard? I just saw it once. I am not sure what type of filter the administration is doing but some new residents are contributing to the bad image this

This place has become a complete nightmare. About three months ago, the radio from my vehicle was stolen. I reported it to the office and requested access to the security footage, but to this day I have never received any response. Every time I follow up, they say they cannot review the cameras or that they are waiting on someone. There is no follow up and no accountability. The cleanliness of the property is depressing and completely unacceptable, especially in my area, which is not near the office. I have reported multiple times that people throw tobacco and other trash into my patio, and nothing is ever done. The parking area is another serious issue. On several occasions, people come in on motorcycles and even race through the parking lot. Management claims there is security, but the

I was honestly a little nervous when the building transitioned from Camden to Hadley, but everything has gone super smoothly. The leasing office has been really helpful and easy to work with — everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and responsive. Maintenance has also been great and quick anytime I’ve needed something. Overall really happy living here and appreciate how the team takes care of residents.

Our grandma needed to move in short notice and Jade, Sandy, Ryan, and Darrel, were the most amazing team ever. They were so hands on. Even when she didn’t understand certain things they would help her understand or tell us and we help her. They are amazing ! Our grandma LOVES the apartment also, it’s absolutely perfect for her. Even being on an elevated floor, she’s able to park on her level and go to her unit with ease. Thanks so much everyone at Hadley ! Also, Maintenance is A1. They come asap, thank yall so much !
