Thomas Rhinevault was the realtor that represented the home we purchased. He was not knowledgeable about the basic features of the house at showing. We asked what heating was in the home during the showing and was told it was forced air gas heating. As a first time home buyer I made the mistake of trusting this information and did not verify this with my home inspection. After signing we were made aware of the electric heating the home actually had. My husband and I are a young newly married couple trying for a family, and this will ultimately be an additional 200-400 dollar cost a month that we did not expect. My brother hired Craig to sell our mother's house, his listing consisted of two photos "both of the outside of the house " no description and the price. Needless to say he only showed the house one time in six months, not to mention he told us to list it for way above what the house appraised for. Then he kept advising my brother to keep giving the one couple who made an offer more and more time and not to relist it, wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy
