I rented with them for a little over six years. Had a stroke, lost my job, and all income. Crawford Sebastian Community Development Center offered to pay the back rent, and future. Hacklers refused to accept it. Don't ever get sick while renting from here. They're cold, heartless, and uncaring. If you're desperate, maybe. But otherwise, don't. If I could leave a zero rating, I would. Just as the saying goes, "Buyer beware".

Refuse to rent to me. I can pay for 6mo, in full, upfront. Said NO. Rented from them before & left the property in better condition then when moved in. They even put a new roof on the property so the new flooring would not be ruined. No cost to them for anything. They upped the rent because the property is much better. Never late on rent & got the deposit back in full. Only moved because bought land & built a house. Now wanting to rent again & still NO. Choose wisely.

Was looking to rent from them a few years ago. Went and saw the house, it was decent. There was an entire bottom floor that they didn’t have the key to, so full of clutter that attracts mice, roaches, spiders, etc. It was supposed to have a fridge, but didn’t. We let them know and they brought a fridge. It was full of dead roaches. The side yards and back yard were in awful condition; needed mowed, trash and other clutter all over the place, broken glass and metal scraps. But we were desperate to move, so we went ahead and paid a hefty deposit for our two dogs. While there paying the deposit, I made a comment about the back yard being great for our Rottweiler, and the old man in the office asked me if the yard was fully fenced in. Which was part of the listing! They gave me my receipt and

We went here to find a place to live asap. I read reviews and honestly don't understand any of the bad ones. Personally I think the bad reviews are from people who didn't pay their rent on time. When you pay 6 or 7 months on time, you get a free month of rent which is unheard of. The women in the office have always been nice, and they have done more than expected to help with any repairs that were needed. The application process was simple and fast despite them being swamped at the time we applied. They do check to make sure that you don't have any evictions or broken any lease agreements which is understandable. From application to house, it took around 3 days to get keys to a house, granted this may not always be the case..I lived in the same place for 13 years before this, so my backgro
