H2 Flats

I am writing a Google review to say that I had a great experience with the leasing agents here at H2 Flats When I moved in, I made a mistake and chose the wrong move in date (10/1 vs 11/1). When I realized this, I was scared. I had already moved out of my old complex. This was something that was not was in anyway the fault of the leasing agents, yet despite their lack of culpability, they and the other staff here worked tirelessly over the next day and a half to get me into an apartment. It is only because of them that I am not homeless Beyond good customer service it was a great human moment, thank you everyone I can't say it enough

Quick maintenance response! Buildings are cleaned twice weekly...truly cleaned. She does a great job. My 3 bedroom unit is huge & decently renovated. I've been here almost 2 years & am planning to renew for another year. Also, pet friendly. Only negative is the grounds...random grills, bikes, etc look kinda tacky, otherwise definitely recommend!

Management is amazing, always responsive and pleasant. Grounds are well kept and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Great place to live!

Bugs, sloweeee maintenanceresponses and enter your apt without telling you, I once loved it but slowly starting to hate it. Once was locked out due to the fob not working and the emergency man told me to leave and come back the next day like wth and no they did not care

I am beyond satisfied with my move in experience so far. Everyone has been so helpful, friendly and responds in a timely manner. Not to mention the newly renovated apartments are gorgeous!!!! I was worried about moving in here because of the previous property Management company. They didn't have too good of reviews and driving past the property a couple years ago, I could tell it was not taken care of. But since it switched to H2 flats, you can tell they care about their property. They have made some big changes and have so many plans for even MORE changes. I'm definitely recommending this to my friends and family. What a beautiful place to live!
