I have rented from H-Town Property Management for a number of years. I have nothing but great respect for Brett and his employees. My phone calls are answered promptly, work/repairs if needed are completed timely and professionally. I would recommend you contact H-Town Properties 100% if you need a rental or housing.

I would give this Company a zero if it were possible. I just watched my Son and Daughter In Law loose their $3,000 deposit over items that weren't listed on their move out responsibilities. Brett stated that he wasn't aware the company, All Seasons Maintenance, would charge so much to correct basic wear and tear items, and the few items there were to complete. When my Daughter in Law stated that sounds like a Brett problem and not theirs, he had nothing to say. So they are basically loosing their hard earned money, because Brett didn't bother getting estimate. Once again, these repairs were not addressed upon move out, or on the list of items missed. Renters Beware!

As a former tenant of H-town Property Mgmt, I cannot speak more highly of this company. Any issue I had was addressed and resolved quickly - whether it be a maintenance issue or otherwise. Brett was always easy to reach when needed and great to work with. My apartment and grounds were well kept, and I was even lucky enough to be at a location with a fenced back yard for my dog. One of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a property management company. I would highly recommend renting from these folks, very professional and they will help find you a great home to rent!

The H-town team has been great to work with. Good communication, quick and professional resolution of the small issues that have come up. And they have placed some high quality tenants in our rentals. Can't ask for much more than that!

Best property management in town! Brett is very friendly and respectful. He always answers when you call with a problem and he makes sure things are taken care of in a timely fashion. We rented from other property managers in town, and they are always looking out for themselves and ways they can make more money. Brett is definitely the go to guy to rent from.
