The ladies in the office are pleasant. The maintenance men are helpful and also pleasant. They keep the grass and lawns very nice. Only thing i really don’t like is the quality of the units. They are super bad. They should really gut all these out and start over…but that’s not their fault, i guess my beef is with Morgan properties.

If you love yourself and your family, please do not live at these unbelievably terrible townhomes. The neighborhood advertises itself as a smoke-free community, but that could not be further from the truth. My neighbor smokes cigarettes and marijuana inside her townhouse every single day. The smell has seeped into my own home to the point that when I walk in after work, it feels like I am stepping inside a giant ashtray. It is unbearable. I cannot even relax in my own space because of the constant odor that travels through the vents and walls. Maintenance is a complete nightmare. If you call for help, you can expect to wait a week or more before anyone shows up—if they come at all. And when they do, nine times out of ten, the problem remains unfixed. For example, there has been a leak fr

I wouldn't do it.. If you like not being able to get sleep due to loud neighbors or if you like your neighbors dog pissing and pooping all over your yard than be my pleasure. Let me start by saying I had issues from day one. When I first applied to this property and got approved everything seemed like I was being rushed. I spoke with member from the leasing office letting them know I wanted to see the unit before moving in it just to make sure everything was up to standards. They blew that request off and I'm starting to see exactly why. On day one the sink, stove and bathroom door all had issues. The appliances were really dirty i.e fridge, washer, dryer, dish washer and oven. They painted over EVERYTHING when I say everything I mean everything. I feel like they rushed getting the unit to

Living at Gwynnbrook Townhomes has been incredibly frustrating! We’ve dealt with repeated sewage backups, including a toilet and bathtub filling with dirty water mixed with feces, mold, and even kitchen flooding with excrement. These are not isolated incidents! We’ve had to find other places to bathe and use the restroom because the unit was unusable. On top of that, the washer and dryer have broken multiple times. These problems keep coming back instead of being properly fixed. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary.

The application process for this property was THE WORST. Everything goes through Nova Credit, they don’t allow paystubs or any other form of verification other than connecting your pack account or payroll provider through a 3rd party, which my job doesn’t support as their payroll is directly through them. They refused to accommodate me, I explained that I made more than 3 times the rent and that I could support this with pay stubs, and even suggested having my job email them or give me a letter to give to the property. The female who answered the phone told me that there’s nothing that they can do about it and that I just won’t be moving onto the property! Not only that but upon driving around the property, the parking situation is terrible! Many people are paying extra for reserved parkin
