Gwynn Oaks Landing Apartments & Townhomes

I previously wrote this post: "This apartment itself is nice but its the fact that i’ve had to get an exterminator to come here SEVERAL times for ROACHES. The only reason i’m making this review is because it’s unbearable at this point and also just a few minutes ago, a mouse walked into my living room and scurried off when i screamed. i’ve never lived in a place with so many pests (i absolutely HATE bugs and rodents) so this is extremely concerning. i think that the apartment building should be fumigated bc it’s ridiculous someone should have to live this way. i kill no less than two roaches a day and have been keeping my living quarters relatively clean (minus a few unpacked boxes). i was told that they would replace my carpet bc they literally stuffed STEEL WOOL (think of a Brillo pad)

Former resident who unfortunately had to move due to a job relocation. Gwynn Oaks was my first apartment, and I really enjoyed my experience there. I always felt that maintenance responded to issues relatively fast, and the front office responded to emails even faster. The amount of space I got for the price was better than any of the surrounding complexes. The front office ladies are amazing and a special shoutout needs to be given to the Residence Service Coordinator, Dominique! The only thing that prevents me from giving 5/5 stars is that while moving out, I felt maintenance was dragging their feet on fixing certain things in my apartment. But overall, I have no regrets living here. PS: I see folks complaining about roaches on here. The only time I ever saw them at my place was after

I don’t care when anybody say this place is the worst! We have a neighbor who is disgusting! He leaves food everywhere. He leaves trash inside the building and outside of the building and every time we complain nothing gets done. This man has fries and food all in the building leading down to the stairs, where he lives and nothing has been done by management. Management isn’t that great, their customer service isn’t that great they really don’t give a damn. He leaves his FedEx truck double parked, leaving us blocked. It’s parked in the parking lot, which is inconvenient to the neighbors. He’s the most inconsiderate neighbor, and they won’t do anything about it. I really like the area and the apt. So clean. Our agent Fatima Brown was very welcoming and pleasant showing us around the area the gym, laundry center very pleasant. We asked about discount for First responders, but they didn't. I love the place.
