Gwinnett Square

I have lived at Gwinnett Square Apartments from 2021 to the present. During this time, I submitted multiple maintenance requests related to rodents, mold, and general upkeep. Some concerns were addressed, while others remained unresolved or required repeat requests. I was informed that certain assessments were performed, though I did not personally observe them. Due to ongoing concerns, I paid for a mold inspection specialist to conduct testing, and the results indicated the presence of mold. Communication and responsiveness from the office have been inconsistent. Based solely on my personal experience, I would not recommend this property.

Recently moved in and everyone in the office made me feel welcome and at home. Super fast application process and maintenance has been fantastic, quick, and the communication is an A+. Put an emergency work order in for hvac and not only did we get a quick response from maintenance but Tisha in the office called as well. Great customer service!

The Gwinnett maintenance Staff never lets me down. If I ever have any sort of issue they fix it promptly. They have a staff that really cares about their tenants.

Moved in a month ago and have had a great experience. Tisha was my leasing agent and she got me moved in within a week and communicated with me throughout the entire process. The whole office is friendly and attentive. Celia, Tisha and their office manager( I forgot her name). Any questions I have they always answer the phone. Property is very clean and well maintained. Neighbors are diverse. You see a little of everyone, which I love. I see myself living here for a few years until I am ready to buy a house.
