Working with Daniel has been excellent - he helped us schedule a half dozen or so rental tours when we were in town from out of state. He has an eye for high quality rentals, helping us check for less obvious damage (he spotted things done in one property that were not up to code as well as moisture build up that was leading to a musty smell).
