GW Property

I lived in a property with GW for 5 years. I DO NOT recommend this management company. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I moved to their apartment from out of state. I visited the apartment about 2 weeks before moving in, signed the lease, paid security deposit etc and confirmed my move in date. When we visited, the apartment was dirty, had furniture in it from the previous tenant, and had numerous holes in the walls. They assured me everything would be fixed by move in. A few days before moving, I called to confirm everything was ready for us to move in and they assured me it was. It was not. It looked like they hadn't even entered the unit since I visited. Tanya Howie Very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL for no reason at all , lady hung up in my ear , she gets upset because I asked qualifying question regarding a property she has listed. She didn't event want to answer general questions about the property and proceed to be rude ending in her hanging up in my ear VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!

This is a management company that doesn't manage anything. They took my 50$ app fee, and did no check, I received no hard inquiry on my credit, and no copy of my credit check which was an option I checked on application at the end it was supposed to be sent to me for free. When I called back they automatically sent me to vm they are fraud and I will get to the bottom of it. I am the right one to play with and asked the young man told me they decided to give the property to church members they didn't like after trying to contact again they automatically send me to voice-mail. They have duplicate

Extremely irresponsible and disrespectful landlords. Would not recommend.
