Have rented from Gay for two years while I was saving money and looking for where I'd like to buy. It was a great experience even though stressful looking and putting in offers over the holidays. She was very detail oriented and had everything done quickly even during the holidays and travel etc. She never got stressed out dealing with my VA lending team and helped keep me calm when things were piling up such as unreturned earnest money on cancelled contracts, miscommunications from my lenders etc. Closed on my new home in one month during the holidays and so grateful. I'd highly recommend her, very professional and gets the job done quickly whatever situation araises.

Gay Guilott isn't very friendly and acts like you're wasting her time with each question you ask about a property and her receptionist isn't any nicer. We were looking for a helpful real estate agent to help us find our dream home in the area and she is definitely not it.
