Please be careful with this person. He is dishonest and works against the clients' interest because he only wants the commission. He advised us to rent our apartment 400 dollars less than the other apartments in the same area and same size and characteristics because he wanted to rented faster and take his money. He charged us 500 dollars to manage the apartment. He took the money and did nothing for the apartment. I filed a claim against this person but I dont want other people to fall in his trap before the real State commission takes his license.
