Guild Mortgage - Rick Rangel

Our previous lender had suddenly ghosted us right when we found our dream home and I was so worried we were going to miss our window of opportunity. They made the process so quick and easy for these first time homeowners and answered every question no matter how silly. I had a buyer client that was pre-qualified through a nationwide lender. After getting an offer accepted, that lender admitted they grossly underestimated the taxes and insurance, and asked if we could get the seller to renegotiate the price by lowering it $25,000 to $30,000. Not going to happen! Rick jumped in and was able to get my buyer into an online financial literacy course that gave some grant money towards closing, and we were able to find a way to get the spouse added, which allowed for some additional income she was getting in her name, and he was able to get them approved. While this transaction took 6 months to close due to original timelines changing for both the buyer and the seller, and then giant storms came in, which meant having to wait on insurance adjusters and repairs.

WONDERFUL experience! Rick and Sherri were incredible and so quick to get back to me when I had questions or needed information. I mean within minutes. Very grateful for them and their experience. Will definitely be recommending them to my clients!
