It was Friday afternoon when I contacted Guild Mortgage for a refi cash-out. Niki worked past closing time to get things moving fast, locking me in at a great rate. Her assistant Kate called me early Monday and moved things along with astonishing speed. I've never met a more cheerfully diligent people than these two ladies. Also VERY patient with all my questions. When we hit a roadblock due to my circumstances, these ladies did the seemingly impossible, maintaining the great rate and push the loan through. My wife and I can't say enough for these wonderful ladies. I would recommend them to everyone.

I am honestly surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. Niki and her team helped both my parents and I purchase our first home and she was absolutely amazing. Niki was on top of everything, her response time is fantastic! She continuously checks to see how is everything going from the search process all the way through checking how is living in my new home.
