The last thing I ever want to see from my mortgage company is a "personalized video of my escrow analysis". You took "this could have been an email" and made it so much worse.

OMG!! Amy was my loan lady. She is a SAINT. I have to admit I was probably a pain in the as$. I have never in my 56 years thought I would be able to buy a home. My credit was horrible. I used Guild mortgage to refinance twice in the last 1.5 years, and worked with Alejandro both times. In both cases the process was quick, everything was done on time and as expected, and I really appreciated Alejandro’s regular updates, that occurred in addition to the automated updates from Guild.
