Brett was very fast and efficient to get everything together and done for our refinance. He made it extremely easy for us without any headaches. I'll will be recommending him and the guild mortgage company to everyone who is looking to purchase or refinance a home.

We gave him all of our information over multiple hours / days in september. He said he would contact us in a few weeks. He never did. We called many times asking for updates but he never had any. Always told us he'd call us the next week. He never did. No emails or calls. It is now February. Nothing from Brett. No approvals, no monthly payments, no recommendations of different types of loans we qualify for.
