I have had nothing but positive things to say about this company. I've been renting off them for around 6 years and never had one problem. I really like my neighborhood I'm in and I like the management. Thank you so much and God bless everybody

After 5 years, we have nothing but great things to say. We loved our home, the communication was always courteous and respectful, and if any maintenance was needed, an email was all it took and their guys were there that day or the following morning. It was a great experience from day one to the day they returned our security deposit.

The house we have lived in for the past 1.5 years needs a little TLC, but it is a rental property and I don't expect perfection from long term rental houses. Any time that we have had major problems with the Heat/AC, the maintenance crew was there within a day or two to repair the issue. We had repeated issues with the blower motor on the HVAC system and they just replaced the motor. Also, the water heater started leaking profusely and they quickly came to replace the whole thing with a brand new water heater. Overall we have enjoyed the home and have had no problems dealing with Guglielmo, and the ladies that work in the office are awesome and very kind. frauds! They have a property listed on Oregon Ave. in Steubenville Ohio with No intentions to rent it out. This house has been listed for years and potential renter pay $35 for “background checks”before moving in. They collect your $35 and you never hear from them again! I work at the hospital so I know my background check is clean. When I called them to ask for a copy of my background report they said they would call me back and never did.! I called multiple times and kept getting blown off. It’s simply bait to collect money!!

If I had a problem the maintenance took care of it right away! Was late a few times and they were very understanding! Was refunded all of my deposit with no issue. Great ladies in the office as well!
