I recently had the pleasure of working with Marta Yecora to purchase an investment property, and I can't say enough good things about her! From the very beginning, Marta was friendly, approachable, and eager to understand my goals. She took the time to explain the investment property market in my target area, including key factors like rental rates, vacancy rates, and potential appreciation. Ultimately, Marta helped me find the perfect investment property. I can't thank her enough for her expertise, dedication, and support throughout the entire process.

Absolutely The Best . So I tried to sell my property on my own. Phone calls were out of control to the point that I couldn’t take it anymore. Called Marta and she immediately said she would handle all the calls and completely remove that stress. Gave Marta the contract and all the calls stopped once she took over. Then just two days on the market and she had found serious a buyer that she qualified. We literally closed in 21 days and the entire transaction was super smooth. Excellent communication from Marta made it super easy. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend hiring Marta to sell or assist with purchasing a home or investment property. Top notch. I can thank her enough.

Martas got your back!! Marta’s knowledge, communication, and professionalism were all exceedingly good throughout the entire process. Through no fault of her own, my buying process faced delays and difficulties due to outside factors, but it was when things got difficult that I realised and appreciated how people like Marta are who you want guiding the way. Her extensive background/experience, determination, persistence, and sheer hard work make her a valuable asset to have on your side. Week or weekend, working hours or not, she was available to answer the many questions I had. I give all the thanks I can to her and also to Diane, who works in title, for their combined efforts in helping with my first purchase. Thanks so much and I hope to use them again soon!!

If I could give her 0 star, I would. Marta Yecora violated many basic principles of real estate contracts & fair dealings in our interactions with her. She was representing a seller & we were the buyer on a land transaction. We had our own separate agent. She advised her sellers not to proceed with one of two contracts because one of the contracts failed inspections, but we were still ready to proceed with closing on the other contract. Since we could not close on one of the contracts, she & the sellers threatened not to close on the contract that passed due diligence unless we closed on both contracts, but they were COMPLETELY separate deals & each contract has its own due diligence & there was never any guarantee that all properties would pass due diligence. I was very happy to work with Marta. She is very sweet, patience and enthusiastic lady. I am very impressed. She always put her client interest first. She knows real estate market very well, and most importantly she is always behind you whenever you need her. I feel she is the best. I will definitely introduce my clients to her.
