This company manages our Condo Association in Naples, FL and the person I dealt with - Richard O is a rude threatening person. Our condo had a leak which was going into the unit below us. Richard hired "Plumbers" who gained entry into our unit without owner's permission. They proceeded to say they needed to remove all counters and cabinets on the wall that has the sink so they could jack hammer up the concrete floor to find the leak. At my expense. I hired a plumber and directed them to the area I felt the leak was originating from and it was found to be the water line for the fridge running behind the cabinet which has access behind the dishwasher. Guardian is trying to collect 50 now without notice on renewals Living at same apt 3 years. They did not do this last year. I rent from an owner Guardian is the mangement hired by the HOA . The owner says no theres no $50 renewal fee. Watch this Mangement team . I spell rotting eggs. I refuse to pay the $50 They said for back ground Just ck my 840 credit score. This company is a disaster. We've had an active leak in our unit for some time and spent money on inspectors and plumbers, only to find that the issue is structural—coming from the roof, which is the Association’s responsibility. Despite this, they’ve been completely unresponsive. No returned calls, no emails provided, and absolutely no transpareand no action taken. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional basically dont contact us will contact you someday. I will urge our Association to avoid dealing with this Property Management Company if you value your property and peace of mind.

We tried buying a condo, had 20 days before we closed and I had to reach out to them to see if we were either approved or denied. Finally received an email saying our contract was “signed by mistake, sorry for any confusion.” And now you can’t get a hold of anyone, or no one wants to respond, when you just simply ask for copies. A simple response goes along way!! Not to mention, it cost us about $2000 because THEY made the “mistake”……..

This place does not perform professionally at all !!! The worst . Steve Beane is our property manager and is horrible at his job . He should maybe consider retiring .This is what he - Steve Beane did to the hose spouts on the sides of the buildings . Paying 405.00 per month maintance ,with only a pool . They have fast talked the HOA into pooling our money ..Just like politics you keep paying and you get nothing as the famous quote is WE HAVE NO MONEY !? Very shady company with a very rude office crew ,starting at the door with Robin ,the receptionist. Stay away from this crooked company, you will be sorry . Hoping to soon have a day in court with them.
