Guardian Property Management

This has been the best rental company I have rented from! I mainly work with Tommie and she is so attentive, respectful, and responsive. If I have ever have any type issue, I am followed up with every step of the way to make sure the appropriate actions are taken. Overall, my experience has been excellent and I definitely recommend!

I give NO STARS!!! This company is a Complete GETOVER. Unprofessional when speaking to there customers, will over charge you fees, just to keep your deposit & then will add on additional fees, upon taking your deposit. Even after you complete everything listed on the move out list. They think normal wear & tear is not an option, when clearly it was normal wear & tear when moved in the property. Will Never rent from them again

Did great for us. Just finished our lease with Guardian Property Management and we had a positive experience with them the entire time. They took care of every repair request in a timely manner, always answered our emails, and didn't screw us over when it came time to move out. Yes, you have to pay to apply and have them run a credit check, but they are looking out for the interests of the property owner. Only complaint I have is they are hard to get on the phone, email turned out to be the way to go. Would not hesitate to rent from them again.

I really wish I would have come here for reviews instead of just trusting the process when our realtor passed away. Very disappointed. Terrible communication and we were threaten to be dropped if things were not fixed in one week even thought it was the first time of us hearing about it! I also wonder why they charge 12% regularly since they never answer the phone and expected us to do their work! I would never trust one of my properties with this company again!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIMEV. They do not answer the phone .Not to mention things take a long time to get fixed . Pipe burst in bathroom took 4 days no water black mold in room took a month to come fix and all they did was paint over it and added a vent .Or was it after keeping a deposit when our lease ended and we replaced all that was wrong and sealed all holes .Save your money and find a different company
