Guardian House

Went in for a scheduled tour at 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, the call box at the entrance was not working. I also tried calling the number provided in my email confirmation, but that number did not work either. While standing outside, I could see through the glass doors into the lobby. A woman looked over in my direction but did not open the door. Shortly after, I saw the same woman assist someone who was sitting in the lobby waiting area, which made it appear that she worked there. After waiting and being unable to get anyone’s attention or access the building for my scheduled tour, I left. Wasted my time. The communication and customer service seems to be lacking. I'll keep looking elsewhere.

I truly love my apartment. The location is great, it’s in the center of the city and walkable to all the shops. The building is really nice and maintained very well. The only complaint I do have is with the trash room and just like someone said above, the trash chute it literally right there and easy to open but people just throw the trash bags in the room instead of them chute (Nothing to do with the staff). Other than that I love the building and the staff is great, very helpful and easy to contact.

The apartments are nice on the inside, and the common spaces are decent. However the parking situation is horrible. With in the first month I was towed and ticketed more than once. Driving around forever trying to find a spot is not ideal, especially coming from work all day. The parking is through a third party and It took them a month to let me gain access to the garage. (That particular company sucks and they should change that) With that being a humongous inconvenience Morgan was able to continuously reach out with me and was helpful in trying to hear back from them. There was multiple interior issues that I had. However the maintenance staff is pretty on top of getting back to you for when they can come. The building is nice and the property manager Morgan is amazing and very helpful. The 3 stars is because of the trash room and walking up to the basement elevators also the lack of parking but you can park in the garage across the street for $165 a month. Overall pretty decent building in a nice location!

Absolutely love my apartment!. Downtown living has its challenges.But once I enter my building It give me the feeling of Newyork loft living:). With it unique flooring as every apt has its own character. Move in the beginning as the 8th tenant, so i have watch management continue to work hard given quality living. Always addressing any concerns as needed. My only issues are to pet owners not being considered of cleaning up behind them. I will be renewing!
