Grupe Real Estate

This company cannot be taken at its word. We have gone to two different open houses this agency has hosted--and both times, the agent--the same agent--was late. No explanation or anything. While it's true I have the same 24-hours a day everyone else has, my time has to mean something--and with Grupe, it just doesn't matter. We cannot recommend this agency, and will never list with them.

The worse service ever was given by Cristina Heisler. I texted her so many times on property school street. He never calls and replies back. Then she tells me good luck. I had to go to neighbor to find out who the owner is. I messaged her about her manager calling me and and her name but she didnt give it to me. I called another realter to find out who listed this home. Please dont deal her Kristina at all. She is rude and sorry to say this but she shouldnt be working for this company at all. I would give her zero stars if I had a chance. Then she comes with a threat like full offer. Damm that house been on the market forever and I feel sorry for the sellers.
