Grover Square Apartments

The New Management is by far the best that Grover Square has had in the 10+ years I have lived here. They've made Grover Square a much safer & cleaner place in which to live. They are professional, personable, & thorough. Shauna, the Manager, shines in her capacity; she does it all -- handling constant multiple requests every minute of her working day & often after hours as well -- with proficiency, poise, & a smile. The Repairs (by Steve & Ephron) are very high quality & timely -- with non-emergency repairs completed within the month, & emergency repairs completed immediately. And Veronica keeps the Office efficiently running for all 400+ of us residents, & will help residents find solutions. >PS: Response to major repairs actually do take longer than 2 days; expect 3 days or more.

After 3 and 1/2 years new owners New Management took over I violated the lease because I had the nerve a call in the office and when they don't answer and don't return calls I would call back 64 year old disabled veteran better 3 1/2 years never been late and now they want to throw me out the assistant manager Barb and the maiden staff is great but the property manager unlicensed real estate agent no continuing education is required by the state of Nebraska and it shows I brought her chocolate stuff every month I paid the rent now no more chocolate violating the lease plumbing leaks in my carpet bugs city code violations on inhabitable they did nothing I fixed it all myself now they think they can throw me out I got news for him breaking news update for the fourth time I got eviction paper

I lived there for 5 or 6 years it was great and the new owners took over I got all kinds of pictures posted I wouldn't I wouldn't go there you going to get bugs go to frog get kicked out because she's a moody little you know what they tell the maintenance man you know I don't know I don't know to each his own

I've lived here for over 13 years. Fairly happy with this place. My neighbors have been pretty good. This complex was sold a couple years ago and they take care of most issue promptly. I have lived in some fairly high priced places in my life and they have just as many problems as any where else. Most any apartment complex will have high turn over of maintenance people. This place has always taken care of my issues fairly quickly. The rent goes up every year, but that is to be expected. I think this place is just fine for most people and I hope you will consider Grover Square. The management listens here. The grounds are well kept as well as the laundry facilities and the hallways. 1400 for a Single bedroom apartment Outside is filthy dirty trashe Keep. Promising the pools gonna open never does try to call the office. Nobody answers when the office people respond. They come up with a million one excuses, but they want our rent tbecause. It's fair market value and the place looks like a dump.
