Grove Station Tower

This building makes us feel like we're living with a big family. From the property manager to her staff, the maintenance guys, and the entire team that takes care of the cleaning and organization of the building, they treat us with love. They care that we have a peaceful life here; they go above and beyond, they are very friendly and efficient. If you have a request, they attend to it immediately. They anticipate our needs, and the community that lives here is unique. Brilliant management here. My family and I feel welcomed and safe living in this building. I've never seen anything like it in Miami, or rather, in the United States.

I just moved in at Grove Station Tower and I couldn’t be more excited! Spacious apartment with a balcony looking right out at downtown, plenty of amenities, and a very central location to everything Miami has to offer! I needed to secure a place on a very short notice and thanks to Shadia in the leasing office, it was the most seamless process I’ve ever had when getting an apartment!

Excellent building—modern, well-located, and extremely comfortable. The amenities are impeccably maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Having the Metrorail just steps away is a huge advantage. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to live in Miami. Special thanks to Josie and Yanxi for their outstanding support, kindness, and guidance throughout the entire move-in process.

I recently moved into Grove Station Tower, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the generosity of the Leasing agent, Gigi/Gressel. One of my absolute favorite features is the stunning pool with beautiful plants and a gorgeous view of the sunset looking at coral gables skyline! The spacious apartments are another feature, definitely getting your money worth for the sq. Ft. The balconies are huge which is a PLUS ❤️ Overall, the staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. The sense of community here is fantastic, and I’ve already made some great friends. I highly recommend Grove Station Tower to anyone looking for a wonderful love to call home!! 🏡

I’ve lived in several buildings in my twenties and this one is the best experience by far. Besides the great location, fantastic amenities, and how aesthetic it is, what makes it truly a gem is the people that work there. The customer service that Josie in particular brings is 11/10. She constantly delivers excellent service when ever I have any questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure I feel supported.
