Grove Park Apartments

This is what you have to look forward to every week. Those of us who are raised with manners and don’t dump trash like this when the compactor is broken or not working like it always is, has to keep stinky garbage in your car or inside your home until it’s fixed. Otherwise you’ll be fined $75 per bag. They have ONE trash compactor for the entire complex. 100+ units. And they lock up the pool on the weekends so you can’t use it even though you pay for it, with no explanation. We all had to hop the fence to use it. You pay to use the gym too, but when I tell you, it’s the size of a closet with no ventilation and it’s absolutely filthy. All of that would be an understatement. I am not currently a resident at Grove Park but hope to be soon. I must say they have a true gem in their leasing agent Kayla Willis. She is so calm in her demeanor with helping you through the application process. Kudos to Kayla!

I just want to say I am very grateful for the current management team and front office staff including Dilcia. Dilcia has been a joy to the community. She is front and center ready to assist with accurate information and great communication skills. Thank you for making Grove apartments a better experience.

We just moved in. We are so happy to call this place OUR HOME! The application process was long, a lot of paperwork and a lot of talking with the ladies from Concord wich were absolutely helpful and so kind on every call. I have to recommend Kayla Gordon, from the leasing office, who was the first person I talked on the phone when I found this community on Google. It was a Friday when I called and Kayla ANSWERED the phone and my questions kindly and one specific question she didn’t know so she gave me another phone number to call and they ANSWERED me and gave me the answer I needed. After that I was talked to Kayla through email and she answered me so fast I was impressed. She is a sweetheart and helped me a lot. I never saw the apartment until I got the key but there are pictures on the w
