When considering a real estate company it was my desire to find a place that had an excellent long-standing reputation in the community, with cutting-edge tools and systems in place that would successfully support my clients and me, and I found this at Group One. I appreciate the expert staff available to support me in providing professional service and the closeness among the GO agents that I have not seen elsewhere, they desire to assist me with succeeding, so instead of feelings of rivalry with other agents there is a sense of support.

I purchased my home in Boise 2 years ago. Debra Hodges was my realtor along with her associate, Emily Stoltz. Debra and Emily were excellent. Very patient, as I was rather picky. Debra keeps in touch with her clients. I receive postcards and emails regularly apprising me of what's going on in the real estate market in the area. She even brought me a bottle of wine for the holidays (and this is 2 years after I bought the house!). Fantastic customer service. If I ever decide to move, I will definitely contact Debra.

I would never recommend this couple (Cyndi Elliot and Andy Elliot) for any real state needs. They are extremely unprofessional and non-responsive. They do not have any ethics and morals. They were seller’s representative for newly built Finis Terra community in Boise. If you ask any buyers in the neighborhood, they tell you the exact same thing. To begin, they provide misleading information, they have made numerous mistakes during our transaction which took over a year from start to finish. In every level, they have failed. In a simple phrase, they DONT care about you. This couple made a fortune being the seller’s representative for the builders in this 45 homes community by essentially not doing any work, ignoring you as the customer and making comments that is not ethical and is out of p
