We recently bought a new home from Groff homes and could not be more thrilled with the outcome! Matt and his team were outstanding, the fit and finish on the home was luxury level and really checked all our boxes. They did not break the bank and the customer service was off the charts! We only had a few punch tickets items to fix after inspection, guess how long it took? Less than 48 hours and everything had been addressed !!! The home was turnkey. Everything was perfect with the home. No punch out list was needed. There was many extras that was part of the build that we weren’t expecting. Electric outlets everywhere. The money was paid to them from my bank in increments with my bank sending an inspector making a portfolio of pictures of what was completed before signing over the next installment. The home build was done from the end 2019 to completion in 2020 during the Covid pandemic. We are totally satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend Groff Home Builders. Thank you Joey.
