Grocers Ice Lofts Apartments

The esthetic is nice, industrial modern with a good use of space. The security is good but the back stairs are too narrow especially for moving in and evacuations would be treacherous. Overall good layout, the courtyard is a beautiful space as well.

Moving is one of my least favorite things in the world but Dyana in leasing management has been so helpful in making the process run smoothly. 10/5 I’m so excited to be able to take the bike lane to the comedy club from home!! 😅

I have lived in multiple places throughout KY over the course of my stay in this state and have applied at many apartments. No one, and I mean NO ONE has been as welcoming, professional, and as sweet as Dyana. She makes you feel like family. The apartments and amenities are unmatched. I am hoping they have the availability when I move to Louisville

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex & their team. I lived here for 2 years and never once had an issue that went unnoticed or unresolved. From the tour until my very last day, Forrest was so personable & attentive & helpful. The location is amazing, the courtyard is lovely, and the units are STUNNING. Grocers was the perfect home to me for so long and I only left due to personal circumstances. I cannot express enough gratitude to the property manager and maintenance team for making me feel included, cared for, and supported in every way- even when life got tough. Thank you, Forrest, for everything you’ve done! You’re truly a light in this world. Out of everything in Louisville, I’ll miss you and Grocers the most! Best wishes 🤍

The manager of the apartment complex is so sweet and extremely helpful when moving in. Very accommodating, and answers questions with a smile. This is such a cute place to live, it’s very homie and safe!
