Worst company. They are just as bad as the board members here st Bradford. Trash everywhere can't ever get a hold of anyone. They take your money but can't show anything they've done to improve the place but raise the fees. Photos of the condo they are managing.

Aliante is supposed to be a great place to live??? Rome Park Villas used to be! Go where you are appreciated and valued as a Tenant. It is not this complex/community! If I went into detail and added pics, it would take awhile....... The office staff needs to be retrained or put through some extensive management classes on how to not personally involve yourself with Tenants (especially if they are friends/family). I haven't felt safe since office staff told another tenant I complain, because I complained about Urine and Feces being swept and rinsed down on to my patio/front door area (2-3 times a week for 3 months) bringing flies and gnats. So, if that's complaining.... I guess I was (sarcasm)
