It was an extremely long process but Shawn and Chris were patient and helpful. Pay attention to the details and ask lots of questions and get the drawings how you want it. The build and placement took longer than anticipated but weather, organization, and scheduling did play a part in that, but I think with the addition of Mitch this won’t be such a big problem going forward. Shawn always answered the phone and was very positive. I believe Shawn has established a great finishing team lead by Mitch who believes in doing things right. Two weeks after we moved in Iowa had horrible wind and negative temperatures. I lost no shingles or siding and we never touched the thermostat inside and stayed very comfortable. I was on my own backed up timeline but give yourself plenty of time from start

Shawn explained the process and schedule and it was just as he said. Mitch was our foreman who kept the lines of communication open and was very responsive every step of the way. Mitch kept us updated on the progress of each subcontractor and everything was seamless. So glad all coordination was done by Mitch. Thank you Shawn and Mitch we couldn’t be happier with the results.

We heard about this company through a friend. We were looking at different modular companies and decided to check then out. We picked out a floor plan. Paid $500 for what we thought were going to be blueprints we could give our contractors including sufficient information for them to give us a quote. Our contractors needed more detailed blue prints. The blue prints looked like something we could have drawn up at home. They also told us since we were going to be adding an attached garage that they would credit us for the siding and remaining supplies to finish the exterior of the house. They amount they were going to credit us, would not have been enough to cover the cost. We decided to not go with this company after spending $500 on blue prints we couldn't use.

My dream home! I waited a long time for this, and Griffith made it all worthwhile! Thank you to all of you!
