Griffin Park Apartments

Came to visit my stepson and I really like his apartment. These people are building their own little community and I think it's great. The staff here is doing a fantastic job. This is a real review also haha.

Does not care about the safety or wellbeing of others. This apartment complex refuses to answer calls from the Lakeland Police Department to trespass someone who has been seen on ring camera trying to get into multiple people’s apartments . STAY AWAY! It’s not safe here!

Dirty roach infested and dirty and dingy. Would recommend your pet stay here.

Will not return my deposit. Did not stare why within the timeline of Florida law. Will have to sue them for it which I'm presently in the midst of. Only one working elevator in my building. Refrigerator are junk. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart. Blinds were in terrible condition. The front room ac unit was not put in properly and had big air gaps. The pool was closed six months of our lease. The exercise room was locked all the time. Maintenance is hit and miss. The office manager was very pleasant and professional, but all her duties were to rent, collect rent, and relay messages. Stay away. Pay more somewhere else, and you won't have the rip offs you have here.

I would not recommend this place for working professionals. The place is ran poorly. Apartment complex consists of 2 buildings, 3 elevators on each building, 4 floors on each, washer & dryer rooms on each building on 2nd floor & pool. Sounds great when described. However in my building elevators are busted. I was advised Engineer will repair elevators within weeks of me moving in 1 month ago. This has not happened yet. Washers are poor quality and poorly maintained. It took maintenance to fix my Kitchen light fixture almost 2 months & it only took them less than 10 minutes to complete repair. Maintenance goes into units without notice & without knocking so if you’re a lady be on the lookout. Also water flow is cut very often without notice. Imagine having visitors at your apartment and sud
