Alfredo was a pleasure to work with and so was Emilia. They helped us with two properties one with leasing and one with a sale. Great people that you can trust when you need their help. Would totally recommend.

Had a couple unprofessional dealings with this company, the most recent of which pushed me to write this review. I had been in the negotiation process with multiple visits and an LOI submitted for a property - and they rented it out to another party without any notification, until after the fact. Waste of my time/money spent on staff involved in the process, and a disservice to their own client not to complete negotiations with all interested parties. Not sure if this is lack of experience or just now they choose to operate to rush a deal through, but I would strongly not recommend them to represent you in any transaction as a property owner or prospective tenant.

I was analyzing a property to buy with Gridline Properties with highly interest. Alfredo Riascos (Gridline owner) never responded my calls and emails, terrible professional if you are thinking to hire him or buy or rent something from him
