How they are even allowed to do business is beyond me. In the 1 month I lived in one of their units, they constantly ignored calls, emails and voicemails about the many issues I need them to fix. I even had the city inspect the unit as a last resort and they still ignored me after being cited with several housing violations. By far my worst experience in 15 years of renting in Massachusetts. Thank God they're gone and the building is now under new management.

I would not recommend renting from this management company. Maintenance is completely unresponsive — I’ve submitted multiple requests (including a broken front door lock and kitchen hazards) that have gone ignored for weeks. Most recently, our central AC broke in the middle of a heat wave, and no one has responded despite it being over 80 degrees inside our apartment. There is zero communication, no urgency around safety issues, and no accountability. It’s incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Rent elsewhere if you want basic livability and reliable support.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Would do zero stars if I could. Never answers calls, texts, or emails. Willingly ignores residents. Front door to our building is constantly broken and packages consistently stolen from the mail room. Very disappointing company.

I’ve rented with this property group for the past four years, and it’s been nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful, and well-run rental experience.

Terrible building and company. Building is very poorly maintained. No hot water and no water frequently. Cockroaches in building. Burnt fire sprinklers. Burnt baseboard heater that they refuse to fix. Do not rent here, save your money, time, and peace of mind.
