Greystone Manor Apartments

Ms Kerrie is such a blessing. She went over and beyond to help me get approved for my apartment for myself and my son. I can not thank her enough. We moved in about a week ago and so far so good. The apartments are older and I can understand that. But there are a few things that need to be fixed, upgraded and cleaned. I’m trusting the process.

If I could put zero I would. Mrs. Kerri was nice and patience when I first met her and I never saw the same version of her after moving in. The unit has always had a smell since day one. I later found out the HVAC unit has never been cleaned or touched even probably since this place was built. Of course months after moving in, bugs galore! Disgusting. This complex is good for leaving a note about inspections that they never carry out. I guess the notes are for compliance, because trust me they don’t give a damn about the conditions of the units. Me and my son have asthma PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICS I UPLOADED. Do you think this ok conditions for people with breathing ailments?

I love Ms.Carrie she makes she you are happy and works really hard to make sure everything is working and the tenant is happy. She's had made my experience here very worth it.

I would love to say that Mrs.Kerrie has been so helpful through out my time of stay. She was very helpful in my process of moving in and she also gave me some encouraging words to lift my spirit up. The environment around here is so peaceful. Mrs. Kerrie is one of the best Landlord I could ask for. I can really say this is home

I have been a resident here at Greystone Manor for 15 years. I love being here its very quite and secure the manager Ms Carrie is one of best manager since I've been here. She makes sure all workorders taken care of and she shows love for her resident. I planned to be here 15 more yesrs
