Do not rent with this company. I put 1 Star because is my only option. I lived in a house since 2022. My husband has been there before. In the three years I lived there, no one ever went to the house inspectionally. The house was with 4 rooms and they had no closet doors. The only painting the house saw was from us. Some windows had curtains and others did not. The house has problems with extractors and kitchen appliances. All old. The fridge & the stove, not works well. They were notified to replace them and only managed to make them work a little bit. He has electricity problems. It was also reported and nothing. The utility bill was super high and we never are in the house, we work the whole day. After a while, they started sending an air filter and every time charge at $50 and said it

I just moved out of a property that was sold to this company halfway through my lease, and I cannot express the amount of frustration I've had. Not only do they not do their job, which left me to do several home repairs myself and withhold rent as a form of reimbursement, but they also did not adhere to FL security deposit statutes at all. We moved out August 1st. We were told that we would get our deposits back in 3-4 days. That did not happen. I called every other day to inquire and I was told that the deposit checks would be sent out before the 15 day deadline in FL. Around the 10th, I called and they said that they needed forwarding addresses from all of the tenants. We promptly sent them and I had each tenant CC me so I had records. I’m not entirely sure why there are so many negative reviews, but as a fresh-out-the-gate graduate with a tight budget, I have to say I would happily recommend them (and have!) to many of my friends. Upon moving into my apartment, I was a little frustrated that it wasn’t as clean as I’d like, and that there were a couple of sink leaks and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. However, with all maintenance requests and calling them to follow up, they have been prompt with all of their resolutions. I haven’t had to wait more than a couple of days for a response. Bryan (the head maintenance guy, I believe) is always super nice and friendly, and patient with my millions of questions. Kelly was a blessing with all of the approval, move-in questions, and tours. Kimberly is always a delight to talk to

Do not buy under this management, the unit was dirty upon arrival. Negotiations of termination went very bad, did not fix issues that were discussed. Ms. Wanda said my wife was released then went back and switched after we already came to an agreement. She then proceeded to persuade my wife to feel bad because she was leaving her roommate and took the roommates side. Would talk about their “attorney” but every time we requested the name of the legal team so they could discuss with our legal team she would not respond. They sent us the wrong size air filter then our replacement was another wrong size. Regularly didn’t answer the phone during hours. With many more issues unspoken.

They won’t stop spamming me text even though I’ve asked them to stop repeatedly for the past year. Is super annoying, I’m also on the do no call registry and they keep texting and trying to contact me. Please leave me alone.
