Me and my wife had a phenomenal experience with Gregory Property Management. From viewing home to lease signing and move in was all done in less than one month. A few repairs were needed upon move in and Gregory was quick to send someone out to fix. Cannot recommend them enough!

Put a deposit down and picked up a key to tour a home I was interested in. The house is an hour away in a different city (Brownsboro) and I don’t live in Tyler, and with a full time job (as they require income, I’m assuming) and kids, this is not a speedy process. Got a abrupt text (see screenshots) on late Friday afternoon that I need to return the key immediately, and then that it needed to be returned over the weekend and I could get my money back later. I explained what I could do but Monday morning got another text that Gregory Realty would be filing Theft charges if I didn’t return them by noon. I understand that a business has needs, but when it’s not communicated up front, I have no idea that there’s an urgency, or I would not have checked the key out to begin with. This was shocki
