Candice is absolutely amazing!! She has been more than wonderful. So helpful and understanding with our situation! Aisha has been the best addition to this complex. She has been in the office any time i have needed anything and she answers the phone!! Very nice ladies all around.

Horrible place to live. Only moved in 2 months ago and having issues with management. Mainly payment issues. They can't seem to tell us the correct amount we owe for rent. And there's no portal to see what your payment is. We've paid 3 separate times in the past month and we always seem to owe more. We were also told we had a credit and haven't seen it used towards our rent. We will probably get evicted because of the unorganized office manger and it will be at no fault of our own. So disorganized and unhelpful. I regret moving here. Never lived in an apartment where you have no clue what you owe month to month. And asking management is about as helpful as asking Helen Keller her opinion on anything. Update: Recently put in a maintenance order for a slow shower drain. It's been 9 days sin

Aisha was great and helped us get a month of free rent with their special! It can be a little difficult to reach someone by phone, but Gregory Lane is a smaller complex with less administrators, so don’t be worried if someone can’t pick up immediately- she was very responsive and got us the help we needed.

My husband and I recently moved into Gregory Lane, and our experience has been exceptional, from the management team to the maintenance staff. Initially, we worked with a property manager who was extremely helpful during the application process. However, by the time we moved in, she had transition out. Ms. Candace and Ms. Shereece took over our move-in, and they made us feel incredibly welcome. With the holidays approaching, they went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, making the entire move-in process smooth and stress free. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Jabriel has been amazing to work with! He is incredibly understanding and always willing to help at every step. He makes the process seamless and ensures you feel supported throughout. Truly a fantastic property manager!
