Gregory Cove Apartments

I currently reside at this property, and I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing conditions in my unit. There is a serious and ongoing issue with mold and a roach infestation, and my repeated attempts to get assistance have gone largely unaddressed. Despite submitting requests, I am consistently met with excuses or delays rather than meaningful solutions. It is especially concerning given that rent increases every year and management enforces strict payment policies, including a $150 per day late fee, yet tenants are not receiving timely or adequate maintenance support in return. I am currently pregnant and have a son with severe asthma. I also suffer from congestive heart failure (CHF). wow where do i start... i stayed here for several years and i was grateful to have found a place on such short notice due to a falling out i experienced with an old roommate back in 2019. at this point in time a lady named Crystal was working there and got me through the process quickly. I'm a good tenant so i never complained or made a fuss about the lack thereof and the care of the community. I just made sure that I minded my business. fast forward, the mold in these apartments is the number 1 red flag. even cleaning it with bleach doesn't work because it's in the walls!!!!! I remember calling to complain and I was told that " mold doesn't grow in Fl" lol isn't that the most ignorant thing you've ever heard? it was at the point I realized there was no talking and to make a plan of exit.

I was totally surprised by the staff they were very professional an friendly at the same time,they also helped walk me through the whole process of applying an obtaining,my 2bedroom apartment over looking the st.johns river.if u need anything please ask for mrs.virginia property manager or her assistant property mgmt ms.mercedes,

Living at Gregory Cove has been such a great experience! The location is super convenient, the apartments are spacious, and the community feels safe and welcoming. What really stands out is the property manager, Virginia. She is always professional, easy to talk to, and quick to respond. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in keeping the property running smoothly. I’ve lived in a few places before, and this one has definitely been one of the best. Highly recommend checking it out!
