Absolutely do not recommend renting to/from Gregory Wooldridge. I have been renting a single-family home to him for almost a year, and it has been nothing but a headache. Every single month, I had to remind him multiple times about the rent. It was a constant struggle just to get paid—often late, and only after repeated calls and messages. Now, he has completely stopped responding and has not paid this month’s rent at all. I’ve had enough and am initiating eviction proceedings. Beware: Gregory Wooldridge has shown extremely poor communication, unreliable payment behavior, and a complete lack of professionalism. I strongly advise any future landlords or business associates to proceed with caution.

Greg went above and beyond with helping us find a place. He made our transition from out of state much easier. We'd highly recommend Greg for anyone looking to buy or rent a home.
