After months of issues with our previous mortgage company, we finally found Go Mortgage and Greg. Our previous mortgage company kept changing terms, what they needed and dollar amounts to the point where it became difficult to keep track of what was going on and we felt like it was never going to happen. The first time I spoke to Greg and team he assured me that what we had experienced previously was not typical and if we gave him some time, the whole process would run smoothly and would make sense throughout. This was a difficult ask given what we had previously experienced but everything went exactly how he said it would with no issues to speak of. I wish we would have been referred to Go Mortgage in the first place. It would have saved us a tremendous amount of stress, time and energy.

Greg Watson and his team at Finance of America have helped my family twice, once with a home purchase and most recently with a refinance of my mortgage. He and his crew made themselves available all day and night to answer questions and crunch numbers with me. You couldn’t ask for more. The transaction went very smoothly but even if an obstacle had arisen, I had the utmost confidence that Greg’s experience and occupational wisdom would have navigated us through it unscathed. There are a lot of lenders out there that are professional and can provide competitive rates….but what separates Greg from others, is his “never give up” attitude and creative/think outside of the box approach. I’ve been a real estate agent for several years and recently dealt with one of my most challenging transactions. The buyers have already gone through two different lenders and just about gave up on the deal. Having a similar attitude to Greg, I wasn’t giving up on this deal. After sharing my situation with a colleague, she said “If anyone can help, it’s Greg Watson”. I immediately reach out to him and he jumped right in! Lo and behold, he managed to save the deal and get it done! Needless to say, I highly recommend Greg and he is now one of my preferred lenders!

Justin and his team are wonderful. From the beginning of the mortgage process through getting my keys to our new home, Justin and the team were there every step of the way. Always available to talk to when I had questions or concerns, most of the time I didn't even have to ask as they were calling me to communicate status. The closing process went smooth and fast as Justin sat down and reviewed the mortgage docs with me. This is the second time I've used FoA Mortgage and would recommend them to anyone who needs, especially someone who may need a dedicated team that will work every option to get you the best deal. It's amazing when a team in the service industry can make you feel like you're the only customer!
