I struggled for a while to find a committed real estate agent in Avon. But then Greg Frey helped me both find a house in Avon and then, years later, helped me sell that same house. His knowledge of the area and expertise of the procedures and protocols for getting things done in town are second to none. His easygoing attitude helps you through what can be a stressful time, and yet he is not a pushover when it comes to standing up for his clients, should he need to. He listens, is a good and timely communicator, and is tactful when suggesting changes or improvements to a property that will make it more sellable. I can't say enough about the job Greg was able to do for me and my family throughout the buying and selling process. Highly recommend!
