Day 4 of no hot water or heat. No update other than a tech coming Saturday at 4:30. Report went in on Friday when it went out. Do not rent from this company. They will treat you like you are nothing. Talk about you behind your back as if you did something wrong by wanting a habitable place to live. They neglect the property. Leave trash all around with overflowing dumpsters. Neglect the driveway to the point where your vehicle will be damaged. This is the third owner in 20 years & a true slumlord.

Lived at a Greenzang property in the Manayunk area for a little over a year and would have stayed if I didn’t have to relocate for work. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely fashion, management was communicative, and the property was solid and well-kept. Shout out to DJ!

Not impressed at all with this property mgt company. We lived for many years in Robin Hood Apartments and when they took over, the service became questionable. There were maintenance requests for tickets that were raised but immediately "updated" and closed even without solution! They take weeks/ months to action. We've contacted Margot on maintenance issues, but these were not addressed. Disappointing management service, not efficient, certainly not tenant-focused! Only consistent sending payment reminders but you don't even get the proper service that you pay for!

I have lived in my unit for 3 years, the ceilings have fallen in multiple times. There is no urgency from maintenance. Active mushrooms were growing in unit for 6 months and property managers did not fix the issue until rent was withheld. I have an active leak and hole in my ceiling again and to no avail the property manager will not fix it and will not answer any phone calls. Very unprofessional. Very rude and poor service. Glad to be moving soon.

I want to update my following review: It did take them several days to fix the problem but they followed up and provided a solution and gave me a rent credit. I am not able to edit and post pictures but the new carpet looks so good and fresh. I did face these difficulties mentioned below but getting compensated and acknowledged is something I wanted and they did it. So I appreciate that. Thanks! Worst worst worst! Honestly never sign with them! I sent application moved in they haven't even processed it's been over a month. They're just cutting my rent! Now due to water clogging in roof my carpet got ruined and I was not able to use my room for almost 30 days, by the way it is still continuing.
