This was our first time purchasing a new construction home, so we were initially a little anxious. The Greenwood team were professional and responsive from beginning to end. We were kept informed every step of the way about progress and were delighted when the home was ready slightly ahead of the estimated completion date. We highly recommend the Greenwood sales team and building supervisor; they are excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and includes families as well as retirees and younger first-time home buyers. We like the fact that our home is well located with easy access to downtown Charlottesville and offers multiple supermarket options within a short driving distance.
