It’s affordable, but you will get what you pay for. Older complex, old buildings. Roach infested. Noise is absolutely unbearable and it doesn’t matter if you’re a top or bottom tenant, the noise is still intolerable. Just my luck, I have to listen to my downstairs neighbor’s kid run a muck from sun up to sun down. It sounds like he’s doing wrestling moves, playing Spider-Man, and even in a marching band; nothing but constant loud stomping and banging. Tried complaining and got nowhere. I hate it here and can’t wait to move. I may even consider breaking my lease because I pay on time every month and should be able to have a sense of peace in my home. Be careful where you rent!
