Greenway Village

The current owners have made great improvements! They have added a beautiful fire pit/grill area, the landscaping company maintains the lawn and grounds beautifully and maintenance requests are promptly addressed. Granby is a peaceful, lovely community yet close to all conveniences. We love it here! But we had to leave because it’s supposed to be a non smoking property and they knowingly allowed heavy smokers to move in next door. The smell of stale cigarette smoke permeated our walls and walking out to our cars was met with a dirty ashtray smell. They promised a smoke free environment in writing in exchange for high rent prices. With a few onsite exceptions this business doesn’t care about their tenants at all.

I had a terrible experience working with Gina. She was very unprofessional in her texts and emails. After claiming I was approved for a unit, the next day, I was informed that the landlord denied my application due to being the only one on the lease.

Property Manager, Kristina Sheehan is very unprofessional and needs to shave her legs.
