Greenway Apartments

It's very sad that all three of the apartment complexes in Greenwood have very bad reviews all of them are nasty trashy. the Greenwood apartments always has trash everywhere box springs and mattresses all kinds of trash all around the dumpsters all in the tree lines all in the park really disgusting.. The bottom floor apartments and the parking lot floods. Multiple people have lost their vehicles and belongings. Maintenance will not repair AC for days even in 90 to 100 degree weather. My apartment upon moving in was not clean and did not have a working toilet. The refrigerator ran constantly as it would not seal, the replacement I received after weeks of complaining was filthy. Manager said it was "too expensive" to have my carpet cleaned when the water heater busted, so I was loaned his sister's steam vacuum. My calls and texts are not responded to in an attempt to recover at least some of my deposit. He claims my apartment was dirty, but I know the cleaning crew and that is not true.

The apartments is not all that and the new manager they have now suck. We move in before she was a manager so she don't know what was going on with our apartment but yet she blamed us for it. Greenwood Apartments is not a good place to stay for 1 your icebox will sound like a motor when it start up and you will here that noise all day. 2 Your stove will not be clean but they expect you to clean it. 3 the tiles on your floor will have holes in it and your carpet will have stains in it and they will get on you for that. 4 your cabinets will be nasty in the inside and your counter will not be in the wall right it will be coming from the wall like they just stuck it up their and called it a day.5 the top of your counter will be stained up and have holes in it.6 they check your microwave like i

Well i agree with cookie faith on Greenwood apartment. The only thing is the lady that worked there when i moved in was just great to me ... It's the apartments.. The place is cheap and you will get what you pay for ... You have to pay a damn near 250$ to get your water cut on and your deposit as well... The office never have anyone in it & the maintenance number have a very bitter lady on call.. .. I called the other day and the lady told me they was gonna charge me because my sink was stopped up if they came out .... and because i put the top in the sink that they would bill me ... I told this lady ... I didn't want to hear any of that she was saying about payments because my sink stopped up and been stopped up since Friday... And the 🙊 hung up on me ... When i called back 2hours later

This place has been awful the last year BC we got taken over by rats. They came and set out some traps. That didn't matter. Finally after several months and i raised hell they called orkiin, that didn't help. They are coming in fro? Somewhere. But they don't cover up the holes. Prop. Manager/maintenanc guy is a real nice guy. I think the owners have putbtoo much appreciated n him. DONT MOVE HERE!
