I was interested in possibly renting there but I had some questions which is completely understandable. I asked if carpets get shampooed and if there are bugs(because I heard the carpets can be very soiled in some cases and also heard of possible bugs)... anyway once I asked the mgr she said Nope. Then she said she'd call me the following Monday but never did. She seemed offended when I expressed concerns about the apartments. That's my right as we do not want bugs. Too many red flags , I'd never live there . Also...they want to have a print out of your banking card which must include numbers. Online says that's illegal. No matter what that's private business nobody has a right asking your banking numbers
