Greenview Apartments

This review is for the individual houses (the apartment complex is located directly behind the neighborhood). Poor management. Office manager (BC) will literally LIE to you just to get out of her hair and "promise" to get things done... When I call and it's an emergency, she answers the phone in a condescending voice as if she's bothered.. UNPROFESSIONAL If you get a water leak... GOOD LUCK! Either fight with the landlord and corporate til the death for compensation or pay it yourself... we're talking $4,000... just call Clinton Utility Boards for details if you think I'm playing... Do not move there!! I repeat do not, you will hate it there!! It's like a prison and they don't fix nothing! My air been messed almost 4yrs and they also try to give me a violation because I cursed the apartment manager out and what crazy they said I was disturbing the peace even tho we was inside of office when I went off! She apartment she came out chasing me like she was going fight me! Smh Brittany is very unprofessional,she doesn't communicate with Tenants at all!

Lots of kids in neighborhood. Very nosey people but mostly friendly. But they are nice homes but you have to have inspections every month
