Greentree Village Apartment Homes

I really adored living in this neighborhood. It was a great apartment for my husband and I, and our dog. The two floors made it feel very home-y, and if we were not going into the process of buying a home, we likely would have stayed longer. The location is fantastic, around so many stores and restaurants. Hershey only 25 minutes away. The dog park was a plus. The maintenance man was very friendly and helpful, and the office woman very sweet. My major grievances were 1) the increase of rent. The first year wasn’t much but what they were quoting us for the second year was about 100 more a month. The rate was already high, and we just didn’t see anything changing to justify the increase. They took away the ability to own a grill or smoke outside your house (not that I did, but.) Their put-p

Had a great time at the waffle bar this morning for resident appreciation month! I have enjoyed my time living in the community. The dog park has been a huge luxury for my high energy pup. Also, within walking distance to the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail which has been perfect for walks with my pup!

Not worth the money We needed a place that offered short term leasing, and a pet for a few months until our home was built. The first day we met Tara she was very rude to my husband, and snapped him off when he asked a question. Which ended up being a mistake on their end. She also snapped me off another time over a move out question, which she told us to discuss with her when we moved in. She is rude, unprofessional, and should not work with the public! The apartment was fine for the amount of time we needed it for. I would not stay for an extended period of time as rent is high, and they keep making it higher. Yet do not improve the apartments, but add a putting green. The air conditioning was poor. We needed to run two fans in the bedrooms just to stay comfortable, and that always did n

I have been a tenant here since 2016. The homes are maintained well. Maintenance is handled quickly. The office staff are terrific. They worked with me so well, were kind, professional and handled al of my issues with ease. I have nothing but positive things to say about this complex. I am only moving because it is getting a little pricey

My husband and I are very happy to call Greentree Village home. We love everything about them. Heather is a great office manager! She is so very helpful in every way! The size of the townhouse is awesome, the grounds are kept clean and I needed maintenance for a minor problem with the closet door and he was here the very next day to fix it. I would highly recommend Greentree Village !!!
